Keith Chamberlain: Chief Executive Officer |
An electrical engineer by profession - prior to founding Urban Mover, Keith was Chief Technical officer (CTO) of the Pan-European telecommunication company – Digiplex. During his directorship at Digiplex, Keith was responsible for all the technical functions within the company across London, Oslo, Stockholm, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Geneva, Zurich and Milan... Prior to Digiplex, Keith was one of the original senior managers of the global mobile telecom company – Orange and held the position of Head of Infrastructure Deployment, responsible for the design, construction and integration of the mobile network of more than 10,000 UK radio base stations. Keith also provided specialist consultancy support in several new GSM and 3G license bids for Orange, including Holland, Austria, Switzerland and Greece. Keith was responsible for managing a capital expenditure budget totalling more than £500 million pa. Previously Keith was senior consulting Engineer for South West Water Plc directing the M&E project of a multi million pound power generation rollout, from conception to completion over a two-year period. Keith also ran his own specialist design and installation consultancy, carrying out a broad variety of bespoke specialist Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic engineering projects in the commercial European audio-visual sector. In addition to his prime profession of electrical engineering, Keith graduated as a Master in Business Administration in 1998, continuing his strategic management development further in 1999 at Cranfield School of Management, |
